JVG Sound will honour the warranty provided by the manufacturer provided it is within the specifications stated.
Check your equipment has been set-up correctly to the manufactures specifications, if you are confident that everything has been checked and a fault still occurs then you can proceed with the warranty process.
If you need to use the JVG warranty, it is essential that when you bring or send the equipment to the store that everything is in its original packaging or packaged securely as possible as to prevent any further damage in transit.
Alternatively, if you require the fastest return time you can bypass JVG all together and contact the manufactures directly. It is essential that you call all service providers before sending any equipment, as some require specific documents.
