Due to the ever-fluctuating Australian & International currencies, JVG approved suppliers reserve the right to change prices without notice. JVG prides itself on service excellence and we will make every effort to absorb the impact of pricing errors or discrepancies, however where this is not possible, we do reserve the right to change prices in store and on our website without notice - your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

All other trademarks not owned by JVG and which appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by JVG or its subsidiaries.

If you agree to participate in JVG’s Membership and or agree to receive Promotional emails, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Whilst JVG Sound will at all times endeavour to make accurate product descriptions, it cannot be held liable for inaccuracies or slight variables of products as displayed on this site. However, JVG Sound does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by JVG Sound itself is not as described, you may be eligible to return the product if it complies with the “Returns Policy”

RETURNS POLICY
You can purchase in confidence from JVG Sound, Lighting & Visual PTY LTD. If you find the product you have bought is not suitable or not as described in the store you may return it too us within 7 days.
We will refund all monies paid less the cost to us of delivering the goods to you.
IMPORTANT to be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened, un-used, and in original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories, warranties & instruction sheet/booklets.
Proof of purchase must be confirmed before a refund can be made. Please supply a copy of the original purchase receipt (duplicates will not be accepted) and confirmation email.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these conditions of use at any time without prior notice.
